Here we present the GenomeFLTR web server. The web server was developed to easily filter genomic reads at a click of a mouse. The server automatically updates the databases and provides a simple and interactive GUI (graphical user interface) to personalize the user output. Visual and textual results that are ready for publication or further analysis are provided.
